Tenants are offered a variety of ways to pay rent. In addition, each tenant is treated respectfully and fairly, because we know positive relationship with a tenant leads to timely rent payments as well as better care for your property.
We want to take the worrying out so we conduct inspections 45 days after a tenant moves into the home and then on their annual lease renewal. This visit includes a full walk-thru of the home inside and out. These visits help us discover tenant damage or neglect, maintenance concerns, unauthorized pets, over occupancy issues, etc.
We also have skilled tradesmen and suppliers available to service your property’s needs which is also our eyes during any repair requests. With our purchasing power we get high quality service at reasonable rates. Our Vendors are loyal, trustworthy, and quick to respond. However, if you prefer your own vendors we would be happy to note your file since they are more aware of your home.
