  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: Unfortunately we are unable to hold a property.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: Security Deposit is due when approved. If approved First Month's rent is due before move in. Typically last month's rent is only requested if Landlord Criteria is not met, etc.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: You must be 18 to apply.
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Security Deposit can be refundable, depending on the condition of home after move out.
  • Q: Who needs a cosigner?

    A: If Landlord Criteria isn't met you may need a Cosigner.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: You can apply via the Apply Now function associated with the Property you are interested in.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Rent is paid via the Tenant Online Portal.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Breed Restrictions apply (ie. Non-Aggressive breeds, weight limit varies per property, etc.). Please share the pet information and photo with Pearland Property Management and we will share it with the Landlord. If pet is approved Pearland Property Management will send a link to complete a Pet Screening and profile for your pet(s).
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: Please contact Pearland Property Management as soon as possible to discuss this further.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Please contact Pearland Property Management to further discuss.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: Tenant is responsible for the first $75 towards any repairs. Tenant is to submit Maintenance requests via the Tenant Online Portal.
